Matthews who had rather a rough trip, expects to hop off for England at dawn, on Wednesday. His machine is now covered with autographs. Darwin folk were delighted to welcome him and wish him good luck on his homeward journey.
AIRMEN ESCAPE
LONDON, January 5
A plane flying over Heacham broke a wing and crashed lour thousand feet. Two airmen descended by parachute and landed safely.
