Bands of young Commiiuists. have allegedly desecrated the inscriptions on the headstones in the Bochum cemetery. and Smashed the (windows of hotels in which Fascists are stiaying. The police have strengthened their forces in the coal pit districts, they believing that the Communists are planning a reign of terror throughout the Ruhr ais a counterblast to Fascists’ recent election successes.
