AUCKLAND, December 30
Sir James Parr, formerly High Commissioner for New Zealand in London, expects to return to the Dominion next March.
Writing to a friend in Auckland, Sir James says that since leaving ;!ie High Commissioner’s Office he has had a very busy and interesting yeag touting Great Britain, organising and de-livering-speeches about Empire trade. Generally, he says, his- meetings have enthusiastically condemned-Free Trade, and ho predicts that “it..will be knocked out at the next General Election.” The' ciiauge-an nublic hpitiion throughout England has been most marked, and the desire to do more business with the Dominions wns growing every day.
