AN ITALIAN STATEMENT. [United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. J (Received this uav at 10.30 a.m 1 LONDON, Dec. 30. The “Times” correspondent Berlin in' a message states Mussolini appeared on Christmas Day in the Nationalist “Tas”. Alongside was a message from Huglienherg Nationalist loader who is chief proprietor. MvßSolini recalled his references to “Avoiding war by revising treaties” and stated Italy had demanded a revision not from national egotism, hut principally for.reasons of justice and morality, which alone Could form a basis for a lasting peace. Hugenberg says Mussolini’s ■ statement brings Italy from the ring of powers allied against Germany in the >var.
