Stalin lengthily discussed plans to wipe out the last vestige o't Lenin’s new economic policy with Mikoyan and Rosenhei"!'! who are newly appointed Commisars of Internal Supplies and foreign trade.
Mikoyan undertakes to substitute national barter for money and ration supplies in accordance with the class principle, and to continue the policy of selling foodstuffs at exhorbant prices to foreigners residing or visiting Russia.
