The son went back to try and rescue some-, thing from the house and while away, the old lady entered by another door, probably to get soipe documents.. The flames spread with, great rapidity through the old wooden house and the body was found in the kitchen after, the flames were subdued;. She apparently, had been overcome by heat and ■smoke as soon as she got inside, and there was no chance of bringing her out.
