FATALLY SCALDED
TWO BOYS DIE
[By Telegraph, Per Press CHRISTCHURCH, December 22.
By a tragic coincidence two little boys, each aged two, died at the hospital yesterday from scalds accidentally received.
One of the victims was Spencer Forrester, son of Mr Forrester, of Fislicrton. Oil Saturday the child’s mother was washing clothes and the little boy fell backwards into a dish Ojt boiling water she had readv for use.
The tit tier boy was Ty riel I Odgers, son of 0. T. Odgers, of Bromley. His mother was heating milk ready for separating, and placed a pan full of hot liquid near a door. Her son who was playing in the yard fell backwards into the pan.
