REVENUE DECREASE. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON,, Dec. 13. ' Interviewed to-day ' regarding the financial position of the railways, tlie Minister, Mr Veitcli. said that, while the revenue showed a decrease, it was not due to any recent changes of policy or to the incidence of the increased tariff charges, as such matters had not yet had an opportunity to affect the (situation.
