HUNTER WILL

FURTHER EVIDENCE HEARD.

WELLINGTON, December 15

The. hearing was continued at the Supreme Court to-day of a case ill which the.granting of probate of a will of Sir Geo. Hunter is opposed by Lady Hunter.

Gwendoline Hunter, wife of Thos. Percy Hunter, one of the executors of the will, said .she visited Sir George oil Bth December 1929, when bis mental condition seemed much as usual. Though there was a very slight hesitation in some of his words, lie showed no sign of failing intelligence. When she saw him on 3rd of June, ha was very bright and she observed no sign of a lapse of memory or failure. Subsequently oil 9tli August lie appeared particularly well. Etta J. List, accountant, deposed to having witnessed Sir George make his mark to two codicils on 7th April last. He spoke in quite a sane manner.
