Astlev-Rushton is appointed Rear-Admiral commanding I the Second Cruiser Squadron, in suc- ! cession to Rear-Admiral the Hon. M. R. Best. Both to date .from the end of April next. Other appointments include: RearAdmiral H. 0. Reinold to be Admiral Superintendent at Devonport Dockyards, Rear-Admiral T. N. James to be Rear-Admiral in Charge and Admiral Superintendent of Gibraltar, RearAdmiral im Thurn to be Assistant Chief of the Naval Staff, and Rear-Admiral I P. L. H. Noble to be Director of Naval Equipment.
