WASHINGTON, Nov. 26
Mr Logge, Chairman of tlie Farm Board, addressing newspapermen today declared the present was a good time for millers and feeders to purchase wheat while it was cheap. Asked whether he meant that the price would go up. he replied that ho was not making pronivses. He estimated that more than two hundred million bushels of wheat would be used for livestock food this year. CANADIAN PROPOSAL. OTTAWA, Nov. 26.
