WELLINGTON, November 20
At a meeting of the Management Committee of the New Zealand Rugby Union, some discussion took place on the encouragement of Rugby in the primary schools, and it was eventually decided to make a grant of £4O to each team competing in the annual tournament.
A letter was received from .the Rugby Union of Canada asking if there was a prospect of th« N.Z. I nioii) issuing an invitation to a team Of Canadian High School hoys to visit the Dominion next season. It was decided to refer the letter to the Secondary Schools Association.
