Britain, during the same period, gave the Dominions preferences oi three and a half millions. LONDON, November 17. Mr Lloyd George drew attention to a recent Palestine "White Paper, which he alleged was unjust to both Jews and Arabs. The Government appeared not to have consulted anyone before the issue of the White Paper. Tf the British Government cannot carry out the mandate, let us offer it elsewhere.

Mr Drummond Shiels replying, emphasised that Arabs formed four fifths of Palestine’s population. Government desired to give a fair deal to both Arabs and Jews.
