TOKIO, Nov. 15
The latest bulletin regarding Premier Habazuchi is that lie is progressing satisfactorily, and is not feverish. The bullet has iiot yet been extricated. The surgeons are delaying further operation on account of weakness. There are no signs of complications, despite bis age, which is sixty. M. Ehilehara has been appointed Actilig-Prime Minister. The British and American Charges D’Affaives and other diplomats hastened to call to express their sympathies.
There is also immense public concern. The Opposition leaders are sinking political differences, and they denounce tlie outrage.
