JOSEPH CHAMBERLAIN’S MEMORY. [United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright]. LONDON, November 14. The unveiling of the artist, James Quinn’s portrait of the late Rt. Hon. Joseph Chamberlain, took place at the League of Empire headquarters. The ceremony was performed by Sir Austin Chamberlain, who said that the Empire fiscal questions were just as vital to-day as when 'his father had propounded them. Sir Austin said that speechifying and flag-waving were not sufficient to keep the Empire together in these days of stress.
