TO MAKE CANADIAN ROAD. [United Press Association.—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright], VICTORIA (Brit. Columbia) Nov. 13. The Premier of British Columbia, Mr Tolmie, has announced that American financial interests, headed by Mr Samuel Hill, a pioneer North West road-builder, have offered to construct a highway from the United States through British Coliihffeia itoy Alaska at'a cost of twenty njißipH-rtTol-lars, in return for.hpteL, along the rout'ejiahd.a percentage ofthe gasoline tax'p'aid, on the highway;, but after the cost’,,of.construction- hasbeen returned to the builders, the road will be given to the Province of British Columbia without any cost. The distance of the road will be several hundred miles.
