The endorsement by the Imperial Conference Committee of the quota plan for the purchase of wheat lias aroused little enthusiasm at the wheat pool convention. Several leading delegates stated the scheme was laid before them months ago by an official of the British Marketing Board and no benefits to Canadian wheat growers were seen.
