AUCKLAND, November 4.

Prisoners were sentenced as follows: Alfred Skilton, 44, four charges of theft from launches to four years imprisonment.

Thomas Henry Langlois, 39, associated with Skilton, two years reformative. It was stated that Langlois was one of Skiltons companions in the voyage of the stolen yacht Rata from Auckland to Australia in 1921.

Justice Herdman, in sentencing Skilton said his prospects of again getting out of gaol wore very remote. ~ Patrick Gunn, 35, attempted breaking and entering to two years' hard. The Judge described Gunn as one of the most dangerous criminals of the time
