DELHI, October 31

Mrs Sen Gupta, the English wife of a prominent Congress leader and mayor of Calcutta, was arrested at (Delhi .w'itih a (number of Congress workers on a charge of being members of an unlawful assembly. Mrs Sen Gupta was formerly Nellie Gray, a Cambridge girl. She has taken a prominent part in Congress activities. Her husband who is a lawyer, is at present awaiting trial for sedition.
