A sensation has been caused by the arrest of General Wallenius, the Chief of the General Staff of Finland, and Colonel Kuussaari, the Director of the Mobilisation Department, who have confessed that they organised the recent. abduction of ex-President Stahlberg. It is alleged 'that a conspiracy existed to terrorise the Finnish Diet by abducting prominent statesmen and to estalish a dictatorship with General Wallenius as director.
