THE RATIFICATION

(Received this day a* noon.) A „ RUGBY, Oct. 22. It is understood that the ratifications in. respect of the London Naval Treaty will be deposited at the Foreign Office next Mo-nday.: There will /be representatives of all His Maj- . csty’s Governments with the possible exception of Irish Free State, whose ratification may 'he delayed slightly by itechnical difficulties, and of United States and Japanese Governments. In the afternoon President Hoover, Wakatsuki (Prime Minister of Japan) and Mr Ramsay MacDonald will w broadcast speeches on the Naval .Treaty which it is hoped will be aud- ■ ible-'in fall three countries.
