ARAHURA FAT STOCK SALE. Messrs AT. Houston and Co. report:— Our yarding of fat cattle at yesterday’s sale consisted of ol head which were submitted to a very good attendance of buyers. Competition was again very keen and prices realised were fully 30s per head above those of last sale. Included in our entry was a particularly good line of cattle from Mr W. Diedrich of Kokatahi, top price being secured for a prime heavy ox at £25, whilst an exceptionally well finished heifer realised £l7 s#.

We sold as rdllows: —On account of a client: 2 bullocks at £l4 los, 1 heifer at £l4 7s fid; on account of W. K. Adamson 1 bullock at £1.7 7s fid, 1 at £l3 ss; on account of H. W. Adamson 2 bullocks at £ls Ills, 2 at £ls 2s fid. 3 at £ls ss, 2 heifers at £ll 12s fid, 2 at £ll 17s fid, 2 bullocks at £l2 15s, 3 heifers at £ll 12s fid, 2 bullocks at £l4^ 1 cow at £ll ss, 1 at £9, 2 bullocks at £l3 10s, 1 cow at £l2 7,s fid, 2 bullocks at £l3 10s, 1 at £l2 15s; bn account of \V. V. Diedrieh, 1 bullock at £25, 1 at £23, 2 at £l7 17s fid, 3 at £lB 12s fid, 2 heifers at £l3 17s fid, 2 at £l3, 1 at £ls 10s, 2 at £l4 10s, 1 at £l7 ss, 1 at £l2 10s ; on account of T. Staines, 1 cow at £lO 2s fid, 1 at £9 12 fid, 1 heifer at £8 2s 6il, 1 springer at £7 10s.
