HELIUM GAS FOR RIOO
LONDON, October 15
It is stated that the reason for inserting tiie extra bay in R.IOO was largely to make provision for the use of helium, which has less lilt than hydrogen. It is proposed to increase the airship capacity to half a million cubic feet of gas. The. importance of helium is all the more greatly stressed since the 11101 disaster. It is unknown yet whether the stoppage or final future of the airship policy depends solely on the result of the 11101 inquiry. RUGBY AT HOME. (Received this day at 10 30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 15.
