LATE LOCALS.

The death took place in the District Hospital, Westport, on Monday, of Mr John Stewart, a well-known resident of Millerton. Deceased was a native of Dalkeith, Scotland, arid 66 years of age. He served through the Boer War with the 93rd Argyle Sutherlands, and for the past 10 years had resided at Millerton. He i/s survived by . a widow and three sous. John, David and James and three daughters, Mrs Marshall (Millerton), Alexia and Agnes Stewart.
