A British United Press message from Berlin states the metal .strike and economic party’s withdrawal of the Ministry, which Bredt is defying, has contry, which Bretdt is defying, has confronted Herr Bruening with a crisis which might cause his instant fall. There is a widespread idea that Hindenburg, in view of the instability of any Cabinet groupings, may appoint a Cabinet or directorate, consisting of nonpolitical experts.
