Hill, who was incorrectly reported as having arrived at Karachi, on Friday, landed there on Saturday after a flight down the Persian Gulf. Hinkler’s time was jhst beaten, hut Miss Amy Johnson’s record stands. The aviator Hill, arrived at Allahabad at*one in the afternoon and took off for Akyab at ten at night. HILL’S PROGRESS. (Received this day at 11.30 a.m.) ALLAHABAD, October 12. Hill landed with a. leaking tank otherwise he had an uneventful flight from Karachi. He expects to arrive at Akyab by daylight to-morrow and proceed to Bangkok the same day. He anticipated with luck to complete his flight within twelve and a half days.:
