Yonng as a temporary measure. The territorial force will be reduced to a. cadre basis anti the training of senior cadets will be confined to secondary schools. The official order contains an appeal for the wholehearted support of officers and N.C.O. ranks in maintaining the spirit of the past. The present divisional organisation will remain and aims to retain means o l! regular soldiers for mobilisation, peace training' and adrministrative. requirements; The system will provide* for the training of 600 officers and twothousand warrant officers and N.C.O’s of the territorial force, while .300 officers and sixteen thousand secondary school cadets will also be' bn the training list.
