If the Government's financial programme becomes law, the salaries of President Hindenburg, all members of the Cabinet, Reichstag and of Federal Diets will be reduced by onefifth, While - State officials and bankers will be cut six per cent, if their salaries exceed £75 isterling annually. The Budget is expected to show a deficit of thirty-seven to forty-five millions, hence the drastic economies. Income tax will Be increased.
