Following the German Reichstag elections, all shares are now at their lowest ebb for five years. Even those of the Reichstag Bank have dropped 113 points to 2'20 marks, and many of the big industrial concerns’ shares have depreciated by half. In addition there has been a heavy flight of capital from thp country.
