Other suggestions, for increased inter-Empire trade, include an imperial parcel post service, secondly, a Treasury recommendation. that the issuing houses'of; overseas loans should see that such, loans are intended to benefit British industry; thirdly, the sin in-ter-Imperial. currency; and also the creation of an Imperial Ecoir&nic Secretariat.’ ?»? ;
