SHUNTER FATALLY INJURED.

INVERCARGILL, Sept. 24
As the result of a shunting accident at the Wviidliam Yards, at noon to-day, a married man, aged 34, tripped, and the engine passed over both his legs. He wap brought by ’train to Invercargill for an operation at the hospital. It is feared that he will lose both his legs. INVERCARGILL; Sept. 24. The victim of the Wyndham accident, Miles, died at 11.20 to-night. A shunter injured. INVERCARGILL, Sept. 24.. While working in the railway yards hero to-day, Leslie Birch, a married man, was caught between the buffers of two trucks, and received injuries necessitating hie removal to the hospital. He received bruises about the thigh, but the lull extent ol his injuries was hot known this evening.
