The “Daily Express’’ correspondent at Bucharest says Government !, nd military circles are excited over the disappearance of a copy ox the Rumanian Army defensive plan m case os? war between Russia and Hungary The theft occurred three years ago, but was only discovered when ■ a Sov-. iet newspaper began to deride, the secret details of Rumania s strategical scheme. As an outcome, the closest investigations was ordered by King Carol. General Mirescu, one ol the country’s most brilliant leaders, who had the custody of the plan, did not disclose the theft and was dismissed. The General is now stated to he critically ill from shock. He is not expected to recover.
