(Received this day at 8 a.m.) VANCOUVER, September 22. At St. Louis, Tommy Armour did twelve under par scoring 276 for eighteen holes to win ttvo thousand sterling at St. Louis open golf championships to-day. Walter Hagen was second two strokes behind Armour.
