DUNEDIN, September 19. After giving judgement in the Arbi- ' ration Court to-day in a ease in vhioh the Court- was asked to define the duties of a ehief cook in a restaurant Air .Justice Frazer remarked; “The members of the Court are agreed that we do not want to have the Court bothered with eases of this kind which are, purely eases of fact, which any Magistrate is as competent to deal with. As we are a busy Court, we are so crowded with work that we cannot overtake it, and it is not going to help the Court if we have cases lilathis brought before us.
