Seven other nations will be in rivalry with Brtiish manufacturers when the world’s biggest motor show is held at Olympia, London, next month. British manufacturers are cho'-siirt the motor show for the opening of an intense campaign to capture a bigger share of overseas markets and 74 car manufacturers will- be exhibiting the. majority of them- British. America has the next largest display, and then comes France, Italy Germany, Belgium, and Austria. Allround price reduction for better cars are promised. The cheapest car to he shown will be a British baby costing £125, and the most expensive is a German model at the same price as, or cheaper than, American vehicles of the same type. For the first time motor boats are to he included in the exhibition.
