PAST YEAR’S REVENUE. (By Telegraph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, September 15. The annual report an cl • statement ol accounts of the New Zealand i armors’ Co-operative Association covering the year ended July 31, 1930, shows that the receipts for the year were £190,744, and the net profit £19,301, which, with a balance of £19,132 carried forward, leaves £38,164 available for distribution. It is recommended that £20,000 be carried to the special reserve account, making it £40,000; and that there be a transfer of £5,000 to the reserve against alterations of plant; also the payment of a dividend of six per cent, on the first preference shares, which will absorb £9,000. The balance of £4,164, is to be carried forward.
