During the trial of Erzinkian, exSoviet commercial representative, on a charge 'of issuing spurious bills, at--' cused’s counsel produced a remarkable declaration signed by eight ex-Sovier representatives abroard, including M. Dmitrievsky, ex-Councillor at tlie Soviet Legation at Stockholm, stated that the Cheka annually spends 600,00) marks for secret purposes in Finland, and the Communist international' spends several million.
