NOTICES OF MOTION 1— The Chairman to move:—“That the accounts presented for the month of August 1930, as revised and recommended for payment by the Finance Committee, amounting to £ , be passed for payment.” 2Cr .Murdoch to move: “That the Council authorise the Chairman and' members of the Northern Riding to arrange for a reconnaissance survey of the site suggested at Halt Hau hill for an aerodrome, with a view to ascertaining the probable cost of levelling a suitable area together with the expense involved in access.” 3Cr Donovan to move:— “That Docherty Creek road he repaired at a cost not exceeding £5.” 4 “The Chairman to ask leave to withdraw notice of motion deferred from last Council meeting relating to timber cutting rights on Christchurch Road.”
