PROPOSED RETRENCHMENTS. [United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph .—Copyright. ] (Received this dav at, 11 a.m.) LONDON, 'Sept. 3. The Australian Press Association' is reliably informed that the report of Mr Coleman (Australian .member of Parliament), on Australia House, recommends reductions totalling £30,000 sterling annually. The reductions include all grades and the reorganisation recommendations include the .abolition of the Assistant Secretary, reduction of financial advisers ,salary, co-ordination of trade and publicity departments. Mr Coleman further advises the desirability of grouping the ageßts-general under one roof, namely, Australia House.
