The existence of a secret arrangement between the German Renchswehr and the Soviet Army for the training] of German military airmen in Russia has been confirmed by an ex-Russian Air Force officer, who ■ lias escaped from Poland by air. ■ Writing in Kerensky’s newspaper, tlie ex-offieer says: “A special school for tlie training of German officers has existed at Lipetzk since 1925. It is directed by a German Communist. A German and a Hungarian have been the instructors. One hundred a.nd fifty pupils have passed through the school every summer. German exports who arc attached to the Soviet’s aeroplane works, have completely- modernised the- Russian Air Force equipment.”
