(Received this dav at 12.25. p.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 3. An extraordinary uproar and hysterical scenes followed the acquittal, at the Central Criminal Court, of Colin Ferney, after his third trial for wife murder. In the midst of the tumult, Crown witnesses against Ferney were abruptly ordered from 1 the scene. The police who attempted to restrain the demonstrators, were offered violence and in the (shouKing crowd Ferney was borne away.
