This building will have a steel framework, and wili be made of stones and concrete: it will take the form of a. giant cylinder, i 35 feet in diameter, 110 a feet deep, and with a circular ventilating alrslinft ?5 feet in diameter, riiiitiing full length' through the structure. .
\ To begin with, this strange, buildingl will be 80 floors deep, and -.so. constructed that? other, floors can be added front time to time as it progresses downwards. It is to be equipped with up-to-date conveniences in the way of electric light, Hits, wireless, telephones, and sunlight by means of reflecting mirrors, and it is estimated that the whole building will take less than half the time required in building a fiftystory skyscraper. The cost will be approximately £2,5C0,C00.
