Air Morgan, with a fleet of forty-six vessels, with a tonnage of 427,000..t0i>5,has passed to the Roosevelt Steamship Company. Messrs Croit Roosevelt, Basil Harris, and John M. Franklin, are to be the Vice-Presidents of the new company. Air P. A. S. Franklin remains the President. The disposal-of the International. Alarine’s foreign tonnage is planned by the new company, in order to develop American service. It is also reported that the Pennsylvania and Bhltimqre-Ohio Railroad Company is interested in the Roosevelt line, which operates, a fleet of twenty-four motor .ships from Atlantic ports to the Far East. It is understood that these will merge with the new company.
