Reports reaching Hong Kong relate many ghastly stories of Communist atrocities at Changsha, Red troops having massacred 300 wealthy Chinese, following futile demands for money. Communists are now sweeping southwards from Changsha, where there has been a slaughter of residents and wholesale looting and burning.
