The Unemployment Relief Council allocated a further £300,000 for relief works in scores of centres throughout the State, absorbing thousands of unemployed. SHEARING COMMENCES. The Graziers Association announces 23 sheds commenced shearing at the new rates and the outlook is now more encouraging.
