Correction —A cable published on the 22nd: announcing the death of Mrs Wallis, widow of Bishop Wallis, late of Wellington, is incorrect. The cable should have conveyed the information that Mrs Wallis attended the funeral at Harrow of Mrs Russell, wife of Archdeacon Russell, of Oamaru. Private advices received in New Zealand state Mrs Wallis at present is in excellent health.
