ANOTHER TIPSY MOTORIST|4 | WELLINGTON, July 29. Roy Sortain Smith, agent, was fined £2O, and his license was cancelled for 12 months, on a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a car. Evidence was given that his car struck a. bus and a wheel came off. The defendant urged that the loss of the' wheel was the cause of the accident',' hnt he admitted having had a number of drinks, and the ' Magistrate held that lie must convict. .
