CIVIL PROCEEDINGS
AGAINST AIR THEODORE
(Australian Press Association.) BRISBANE, July 29. Premier Aioore announced that eminent counsel 'had advised that civil proceedings should be taken against Mr Theodore, in preference to any other legal process. Accordingly action is being launched as desired by Air Theodoie.
