CANTERBURY RUGBY UNION RELENTS. (By Tele graph—Per Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, July 30. The Canterbury Rugby Union lias changed front in regard to 'broadcasting. Last evening a motion was carried unanimously that the question of rebroadcasting the Fourth -Test match from 3YA,°be decided by the New Zealand Rugby Union, which would be informed that Canterbury Union had no objection.
