The campaign ended on Saturday night; Both the Liberals and the Conservatives predict a victory. He urged that Canada s policy should Hie' the' building up of the industrial and business -lift of the Dominion'itself. Tlie, voting will- be in 243 ridings. Two seats have been filled without a contest; • . The approximate standing of the parties on the dissolution of the old Parliament was as follows: Liberals .
